The book Antifragility is about how some things like mess (hence volatility, time, chaos, and stressors) while others don't. That we can rank things on a fragile-robust-anti-fragile scale, and that we can identify (anti-)fragility based on non-linear feedback without knowing much about the historical process (which would basically solve the Black Swan problem) and why one lives if (and only if) one loves instability.
